I am on my laptop / desktop and the call would not open (or any other issue)

Anytime you see such an issue make sure that the patient has –

Cleared the cache.
Make sure the patient is on a secure connection (https://)
Make sure all permissions are granted. Refer Q3.
Make sure you are not using internet explorer
